Meetings

Our meetings generally include a speaker or discussion topic for 45+ minutes, followed by 30+ minutes focused on connecting and supporting one another.

Who attends?

  • Our meetings are free and offer a safe, nonjudgmental, and confidential space for LGBTQ+ individuals, as well as their family, friends and allies aged 18 years and older.
  • Whether you are seeking support, education, advocacy, or simply wish to deepen your understanding to better support others, everyone is welcome.
  • All are welcome to participate at whatever level they feel comfortable.

What to Expect

  • Peer support through listening, sharing our own stories and experiences.
  • Speakers to provide education, resources and their personal stories.
  • Community so you know you’re not alone. Come to both learn and unlearn, ask questions, find resources, and build community.

Monthly Meetings

  • Our monthly Support Meetings are the second Monday of each month from 6-8pm.

  • We also are offering additional Quarterly Sunday meetings in 2026.
